Background and brief

Promoting the brand in Occitanie

Cité Hôtels, a key hotel group in the Occitanie region, comprises several establishments in the south-west between Carcassonne, Toulouse, Figeac and Ax-les-Thermes.

Structuring the group’s image is necessary to bring coherence and hierarchy in terms of communication between the Cité Hôtels brand and its various establishments.

This adjustment is essential to strengthen the Group’s image and impact in the Occitanie region.

In response to the issues outlined above, we decided to create a group website to structure the group and clearly position Cité Hôtels as an umbrella brand. We designed and developed a bespoke group site that conveys a statutory and institutional message.

Tailor-made strategy


In addition to this site, our strategy involved duplicating the sites for the establishments. We created 1 bespoke hotel site, which was then duplicated 5 times for other hotels and restaurants.

In the last case, a one-page site, again customised for smaller profit units such as a spa or restaurant, which was also duplicated for 3 other sites.


All the websites reflect the values of each location, offering an immersion in the authentic character of the different destinations.

The establishment websites have been designed to build loyalty, win over and convert new targets. An efficient user experience and elegant web design will help to increase direct bookings.
